Content and source placement

Writing it is half the job. Where it goes is the other half.

Two things have to be true for content to affect an AI answer: it has to answer a question completely enough to be reused, and it has to sit where that platform looks. Most GEO content fails the second test — it is published only on the brand's own channels, where a model weighing "is this widely held" finds a single source.

Which sources matter is not a general question. It is answered by the cited-domain list from your own baseline, which is why this stage always comes after diagnosis.

What you get

What is actually handed over.

Everything listed here is a thing you can look at, not a status update.

01

A content plan tied to questions

Each piece maps to specific questions from the frozen set, not to a keyword list.

02

The material itself

Written to be extractable: conclusion first, facts specific, structure explicit, FAQ blocks included.

03

Placement across source types

Industry media, B2B platforms, encyclopedia entries and your own channels, chosen from the baseline's cited-domain list.

04

A publishing record

Every piece: when, where, who approved it. Available to you at any time.

How it runs

Four steps, in this order.

Order matters — each step produces what the next one needs.

01 Pick the questions to contest Winnable now, sources reachable, close to a purchase — in that order.
02 Build the fact base What is the accurate answer, and which material supports each fact in it.
03 Write and review You confirm every piece before it goes out. We do not publish unverified claims.
04 Place and log Published across the selected sources, each one recorded.
FAQ

Questions teams ask before they start

How many pieces per month?

Volume is the wrong unit. What matters is coverage of the frozen question set and spread across the source types your baseline showed models actually cite. Two well-placed pieces regularly outperform ten poorly placed ones.

Do you guarantee the content gets cited?

No, and no one can. Whether a piece is used depends on the platform, the competing material and the version of the model. What we commit to is placement in the sources your own baseline showed are being cited, and re-measurement afterwards so you can see whether it moved.

Who writes the material?

We do, from substance your team supplies. In regulated categories — legal, healthcare, education — the substantive judgement must come from you; we handle structure, question design, FAQ markup and placement.

Do we approve everything before it goes out?

Yes, every piece. Nothing is published without your confirmation, and no claim that has not been verified is published at all.

Are publication fees included?

No. Where a channel charges for publication, or a platform charges a review fee for an encyclopedia entry, those are passed through at cost with the corresponding receipts.

Can we reuse the material elsewhere?

Yes; it is about your business and it is yours. Where you republish it on another platform, set a canonical pointing to the original so the copies do not compete with each other.

What happens to placed material if we stop?

It stays where it is. Placement is publication, not a rental; ending the engagement does not withdraw material already published, and the publishing records already delivered remain yours.
