What we collect
From this website: what you submit through the contact form (email, company name, website address, the type of team you are and your message). Standard server access logs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare an AI visibility diagnosis and quote, and keep a record of the business relationship. We do not sell contact information or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Service delivery data
When delivering an engagement we work with publicly available material about the client brand, plus what the client provides. Diagnosis runs send questions and public brand information to AI platform APIs (DeepSeek, Doubao, ERNIE Bot, Tongyi Qianwen, Tencent Yuanbao, Kimi) under their respective terms. We do not send a client’s own customer personal data to those platforms.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the business relationship requires, then deleted. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
