AI Search · GEO Ranking

Get your brand named in the answers DeepSeek, Doubao and ERNIE give your customers.

Customers no longer scroll a list of links; they ask an assistant and act on the answer. We measure where your brand stands in those answers across the platforms your customers actually use, then close the gaps.

A person runs it across every platform we cover and sends the result back, usually within one working day. This is not an instant automated score.

Which provider in Shenzhen is reliable for this?

A few names come up consistently. Your brand[1] is usually mentioned first, described as the provider that publishes its measurement method[2] . Two competitors are listed after it.

Mention rate 62%

From links to answers

Ten links became one answer.

Search used to end with a list you compared yourself. Now it ends with one synthesized answer that names two or three brands — and the rest are not in the room.

Now · one AI answer Illustration

Three providers come up consistently: your brand , competitor A and competitor B.

The model does the choosing. A brand it does not name is a brand the user never sees.

The problem

Your customers are asking AI. The answer names someone else.

These are the six situations brands come to us with. All are symptoms of the same cause: the model has no consistent, verifiable material about you to draw on.

01
Search traffic is draining awayUsers moved their questions to AI assistants. The ranking holds; the clicks do not.
02
The model recommends competitorsAsk "which one is best" and the answer lists three names, none of them yours.
03
Nothing authoritative says you existNo coverage, no encyclopedia entry, no third-party mention the model can rely on.
04
Competitors started earlierTheir name already appears in answers where yours was absent, and the gap compounds over time.
05
Your site reads as a blank to machinesJavaScript-only pages, no structured data, facts that contradict between pages.
06
No one can tell you where you standWithout a fixed question set measured the same way twice, "it improved" remains an unverified claim.
How it runs

Diagnose, fix, publish, re-measure.

Every engagement runs this loop. The fourth step is the one most vendors skip, and it is the only step that establishes whether the first three worked.

01 AI visibility diagnosis Run your real customer questions across every platform we cover and record who gets named, and on what evidence.
  • Fixed question set
  • Every platform
  • Citation extraction
02 Keyword and source plan Decide which questions to contest first and which sources need to carry your material.
  • Keyword group ranking
  • Source gap list
03 Content and placement Produce the material, place it, and remove what blocks machines from reading your own site.
  • Content production & placement
  • Crawlability fixes
04 Re-measure and report Re-run the same question set on a schedule. You see the same report we do.
  • Scheduled re-measurement
  • Shared dashboard
  • Period report
What you get

The report you receive is the one we work from.

Every figure traces back to a question, a platform and a date. Anything that cannot be traced back does not go in the report.

Competitor B 44%
Competitor C 19%

Delivered as a shared dashboard plus a downloadable report at the end of each period. The question set is agreed with you before the baseline and does not change afterwards — a question set that changes between runs makes the two numbers incomparable.

By platform

Your brand does not have one AI visibility number. It has one per platform.

Each platform weights sources differently, so the gaps between them indicate what is missing.

Q: Which provider is more reliable for this? Illustration
DeepSeek 62% Cited
Doubao 48% Cited
ERNIE Bot 31% Mentioned only
Tongyi Qianwen 24% Mentioned only
Tencent Yuanbao 12% Mentioned only
Kimi 0% Not named

Same question, same brand, a different result on each platform. The gaps are the finding: a platform that only mentions you is reading a different set of sources than one that cites you.

Pricing

We do not publish a price list. Here is everything else.

How much work a brand needs depends on two factors that are unknown until measured. What can be published is the structure. If a provider cannot explain these four points, price is not the primary concern.

01
Unit: semantic keyword groupA set of questions that require the same underlying material. It is the unit of work, and therefore the unit of price.
02
Period: quarterly, half-year, annualLonger periods cost less per month, because source placement compounds.
03
Two factors decide the numberWhere your brand currently stands, and how contested your category is. Both come out of the diagnosis.
04
The first look costs nothingThe AI visibility diagnosis is free, and the report is yours whether or not you sign.
FAQ

Questions teams ask before they start

What is GEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of getting a brand named, recommended and cited inside the answers that AI assistants generate. SEO competes for a position in a list of links; GEO competes for a sentence in the answer itself.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO optimizes a page so a search engine ranks it. GEO optimizes the evidence about a brand across the whole web, so a model has consistent, verifiable material to draw on when it answers. The two overlap on content quality and structured data, but the deliverable is different: a ranking versus a mention.

Which AI platforms do you cover?

DeepSeek, Doubao, ERNIE Bot, Tongyi Qianwen, Tencent Yuanbao and Kimi — the assistants your customers actually use. Each one weights sources differently, so the same content does not carry equally everywhere.

How long does it take to see results?

The first changes usually show up in a few days on the platforms that search the live web, because those read new content quickly. Platforms that rely more on training data move on their own release cycle and can take considerably longer. Anyone who promises a fixed number of days for every platform is describing sales copy, not how these systems work.

Can you guarantee my brand ranks first?

No. AI answers are generated per question and vary between runs, platforms and phrasings — there is no single ranking to hold. What can be measured is how often a brand is named across a fixed set of real customer questions, and that number is what we report on.

What do we need to do on our side?

Three things: supply the questions your customers actually ask, taken from sales and support records; confirm every piece of material before it is published; and allocate engineering time for the site readability fixes. This usually amounts to around two hours a week. Without it, an engagement stalls at the baseline.

How is the result accepted?

By re-measuring the question set frozen at signing and comparing three indicators: mention rate, share of voice and source coverage, together with the raw answer records for each round. What is accepted is those three numbers and the evidence behind them, not a synthesised 'AI ranking' score.

Is it too early to start GEO?

The relevant test is not industry-wide adoption but whether your own customers are already asking AI. That can be measured directly: run your question set across the platforms once and see whether the answers already name specific brands. Where they do, the shortlist has usually begun to settle.
