OEM white-label

GEO, white-labelled: sell it under your own brand.

Put your company name, logo and domain on it, and everything your customers see when they sign in is you. The system, the models and the updates are ours to run.

Put simply: our system, your name on the door. Your customers see your company, your domain and your prices.

Brand your customers see Yours Name, logo, colour and domain
End price You set it No minimum, maximum or recommended price
Customer payments To you The platform never handles the money
Technical team needed None System and servers run by the platform
Why white-label

Selling on the platform’s own portal builds the platform’s brand, not yours.

These are the concerns that come up when a service firm resells someone else’s system. Registered customers were already protected under the partner policy; OEM white-label removes the platform from what the customer sees at all.

01
You end up advertising the platformYou spend the time and money on promotion, and the customer signs in to a platform’s name. The brand recognition accrues to someone else.
02
The worry about being cut outWhen the customer deals with the platform directly, there is always the question of whether they will one day go around you.
03
Hard to show your own valueIf the customer feels they are using someone else’s product, you look like a middleman at renewal time.
What you replace

Everything the customer touches carries your name.

Set once in the partner portal; it applies to every customer you open on your domain.

01

Company name

The workspace, page titles and every notice carry your company name. DaleGEO does not appear.

02

Logo and brand colour

Your logo in the header, your brand colour on buttons and highlights.

03

Domain

Customers sign in at your own domain, such as geo.your-company.com, with email and password. SMS and WeChat sign-in are under the platform’s name, so they are not offered here.

04

Price list

Your own price list. The platform sets no minimum, maximum or recommended price; until you set one, the platform default is shown.

05

Payment

Contact details only, your own payment QR code, or your own WeChat Pay merchant account. The money goes straight to you.

06

Notification emails

Invitation and notice emails carry your brand name as the sender, your logo in the body and links on your domain. You open accounts in the partner portal; the customer receives your invitation.

07

ICP filing number

The footer shows your own ICP filing number, not ours.

08

Contracting party

The user agreement and privacy policy your customers accept name your company as the provider.

Before and after

Same workspace. Different name on it.

Left: the platform default. Right: the same workspace after OEM white-labelling, on your domain, in your colours.

Illustration. The brand on the right is fictional; your own name, logo, colour and domain go there.
What you do not have to run

No technical team, no servers to look after.

You keep the customer relationship and the price. Everything that makes the system work stays with the platform.

01
System maintenance and upgradesBug fixes and new features reach your workspace at the same time as everyone else’s, with nothing for you to deploy.
02
Servers and hostingHosting, certificates and uptime are handled by the platform. Your domain simply points to it.
03
AI model integration and updatesConnections to DeepSeek, Doubao, ERNIE Bot, Tongyi Qianwen, Tencent Yuanbao and Kimi are maintained by the platform, including changes on the model side.
04
Data collectionRunning the question sets, collecting answers and extracting citations is done centrally.
How to get started

Six steps from agreement to launch.

Apart from the ICP access filing, the steps take about a week. The access filing is reviewed by the authorities and its timing is theirs to set — usually several weeks. Nothing goes live before the filing is complete.

01 Sign the agreement Sign the OEM white-label agreement with the platform.
02 Submit your details In the partner portal: company name, logo, brand colour, domain and ICP filing number.
03 Platform review The platform reviews the materials and verifies your ICP filing.
04 Add two DNS records Add the two records we give you at your domain registrar, then click Recheck; the platform verifies them.
05 ICP access filing Complete the access filing for the domain. Timing is set by the authorities’ review, usually several weeks.
  • Timing set by review
06 Go live Your workspace opens on your domain, and you can start opening accounts for customers.
Fees

A setup fee and an annual fee, by tier. Platinum pays neither.

Both are deducted from your prepaid balance. There is no entry fee for becoming a partner.

Partner tier Setup fee Annual fee
Silver ¥3,000 ¥2,000 / year
Gold ¥1,500 ¥1,000 / year
Platinum Free Free
01

From your prepaid balance

Your first top-up as a partner is at least ¥3,000, then at least ¥1,000 each time. No entry fee.

02

Tier follows your spend

Silver once approved. Gold from ¥30,000 and Platinum from ¥100,000 of balance spent over the last 12 months.

03

Automatic renewal

The annual fee renews from your balance before it expires, with a 15-day grace period if the balance is short.

04

Your price is yours

The platform sets no minimum, maximum or recommended price for what your customers pay.

Compliance and trust

Your name on the door means your name on the paperwork.

White-labelling moves the brand to you, and with it the filing and the contract. The platform stays in its role as the technology provider.

01

Your ICP filing in the footer

The workspace footer shows your ICP filing number. There is no route that skips the access filing.

02

You are the contracting party

Customers accept a user agreement and privacy policy with your company. The templates are maintained by the platform.

03

The platform is disclosed honestly

As the technology provider, the platform is named in the privacy policy, not in the customer-facing interface.

04

No ranking promises

AI answers move with the models and their sources. Honest expectations are what long customer relationships are built on, and the workspace shows changes with the evidence behind them.

FAQ

Questions about OEM white-label

Will my customers know DaleGEO is behind it?

Not from the product. In the workspace, the notification emails and the user agreement, your customers see your company name, logo, colour and domain; the DaleGEO brand does not appear. As the technology provider, the platform is disclosed in the privacy policy, so a customer who reads it will find that line.

Who owns the customer data?

Customers who sign up on your white-label domain are attributed to you automatically (locked to you for 12 months), and they sign the user agreement with your company. Their accounts and data are stored on the platform and used only to provide the service to them. The attribution rules and the scope of the platform’s data processing are written into the OEM white-label agreement.

Who sets the price my customers pay?

You do. You set your own price list in the partner portal; the platform sets no minimum, no maximum and no recommended price. If you have not set one, customers see the platform's default price list. What you pay the platform is deducted from your prepaid balance at your tier's internal price.

How do I collect payment from customers?

Choose one of three modes: show only your contact details and settle offline; show your own payment QR code, the customer registers the payment and you confirm it in the portal; or connect your own WeChat Pay merchant account, so the plan opens automatically once the customer pays. In every mode the money goes straight to your account and the platform never handles it; the platform settles with you separately, at internal price, from your prepaid balance.

Do I need a technical team?

No. The system, servers, AI model integration, data collection and updates are all run by the platform. What you do: prepare your brand materials, add two DNS records at your domain registrar, and complete the ICP access filing for the domain.

How long until it goes live?

Apart from the ICP access filing, the steps take about a week: signing the agreement, submitting your details, platform review and DNS setup. The access filing is reviewed by the authorities, and its timing is set by them — usually several weeks. The workspace goes live only after the filing is complete.

What happens if I do not renew in time?

The annual fee renews automatically from your prepaid balance before it expires. If the balance is short, there is a 15-day grace period; after that the white-label workspace is suspended and visitors see a neutral "service suspended" page. Top up the balance and it is restored automatically.

Can I run it on my own servers?

No. Every white-label workspace is hosted by the platform; your domain points to it through DNS. That is also why you never have to maintain servers or follow upgrades.
