Sell GEO to the customers you already have.
You bring the customer relationship; delivery runs out of our team. No entry fee. You buy plans from a prepaid balance at your tier’s internal price, and your tier follows what you actually spend over the last 12 months.
Six kinds of business already sitting on the right customers.
The common factor is an existing book of SME clients who are already buying marketing of some kind.
SEO / SEM agencies
Same buyer, same budget line, a channel your clients are already asking about.
Digital marketing agencies
Content and brand work you already do becomes the raw material for GEO.
Business service firms
Tax, legal, IP and HR firms with a broad, precisely-defined SME client base.
Incubators and parks
Direct access to a concentrated pool of startups and small businesses.
AI and SaaS vendors
Complementary to what you sell; bundles well into an existing package.
Industry KOLs and media
An audience of business owners, and a service they can actually use.
A measured service cycle, from first diagnosis to long-term contract.
Customers do not buy "GEO"; they buy a number that moves and a report that explains why. These four steps are the delivery standard on every account, whether headquarters runs it or you do.
Diagnose and set the baseline
Before the deal: a prospect diagnosis under your brand, no account needed. After it: the customer’s real questions tracked across AI platforms as the baseline.
ExploreContent and sources
Fix what stops AI reading the site, fill in Q&A and structured data, and place material where AI actually cites from.
ExplorePeriodic review
The same question set re-run on a schedule. Re-check several customers at once and export a report for each, under your brand.
ExploreLong-term contract
Renewals rest on the trend line, not on promises. Citations counted are only the ones AI actually names in the answer.
ExploreOne partner account to win, run and report on every customer.
Everything below is in the partner portal today. Detection runs against each customer’s own plan, so every number in a report comes from a real run.
You sell. We deliver, report and answer the technical questions.
Partners submit the customer keyword list; optimization and reporting run centrally, and the partner sees the same reports the end customer does.
No entry fee, no exclusivity fee. Purchases run on a prepaid balance.
Your tier follows what you actually spend from your prepaid balance over the last 12 months, not a one-off payment. Tier discounts are discussed with the channel team — we would rather quote you against your actual customer base than publish a table your customers also read.
A prepaid balance, not an entry fee
Top up in the partner portal: at least ¥3,000 the first time, at least ¥1,000 each time after. Each plan you open for a customer is deducted at your tier’s internal price. The balance is for purchases only and cannot be withdrawn, refunds excepted.
You set the end price
You buy at your tier’s internal price and quote your customer at whatever you decide. The spread is yours.
Tiers follow 12-month spend
Silver as soon as you are approved. Gold from ¥30,000 and Platinum from ¥100,000 of prepaid balance actually spent over the last 12 months. Upgrades apply as soon as you reach the threshold; downgrades happen only at the annual review, with 30 days’ notice.
OEM white-label
Open the workspace for your customers under your own brand and domain; they see you, not us. No setup fee and no annual fee at any tier: apply free, go live on a 14-day free trial once the filing is done, convert with your first top-up, and keep it with ¥5,000 of net spend a year.

Both exist. Neither is a number we publish.
Rebate rates, qualifying thresholds and territory scope are agreed in the channel contract, not fixed on a public page. What is fixed is the logic below — so you can judge whether the model works for you before asking for the numbers.
Tiered by 12-month spend
The higher your tier, the lower your internal price. Tiers follow prepaid balance actually spent over the last 12 months: you move up as soon as you qualify, and down only at the annual review.
Rebate on sub-partner purchases
A channel partner may bring in one level of sub-partners. Their purchases can earn you a rebate under the channel contract. There is never a third level.
Registered customers are protected
Once you register a customer, headquarters does not approach it directly and does not separately contract with the same entity during your service period.
Territory agreed by city and category
Not a blanket rule. Before signing we tell you which partners already operate in that city and category, so you know what you are walking into.
Ask the channel team for the current rebate schedule and the territory position in your city.
Questions teams ask before they start
Do I need GEO experience to become a partner?
No. Partners bring customer relationships; delivery is handled by our team. Training covers what the service does, what it cannot do, and how to scope a deal without over-promising.
What is the upfront cost?
There is no entry fee. Partners work from a prepaid balance: the first top-up is at least 3,000 yuan and each later top-up at least 1,000 yuan, spent on plans at your tier's internal price. You start at Silver once approved; Gold from 30,000 yuan and Platinum from 100,000 yuan of balance actually spent over the last 12 months. OEM white-label has no setup fee and no annual fee.
Who handles the delivery work?
Our team. Partners submit the customer keyword list; optimization, content and reporting run out of headquarters, and the partner sees the same reports the end customer does.
What margins are realistic?
It depends on your own pricing, and we do not publish a number here — a margin figure on a public page is one your customers read too. The channel team will work one through against your actual customer base. What is fixed: you pay at your tier, you set the end price, the spread is yours.
Who owns the customer relationship?
The partner. Headquarters does not approach customers a partner has registered, and does not separately contract with the same entity during the partner's service period.
How is settlement handled?
Through the prepaid balance. Each plan the partner opens for a customer is deducted from the balance at its tier's internal price; the partner sets its own end-customer price, and the difference is the partner margin. The balance is for purchases only and cannot be withdrawn, refunds excepted.
How many partners are signed in one region?
Agreed per city and per category rather than fixed in the general policy. Before signing we set out which partners already operate in that city and category; where a tier involves headquarters lead routing, the routing scope is written into the channel contract.
