Why local questions behave differently
A category question can be answered with any number of brands. A nearby question has an implicit filter - location - applied before anything else, so the candidate set is small and a single missing fact can exclude you entirely. The work is less about standing out and more about being eligible.
The facts that determine eligibility
Address in full, written the same way everywhere. Service area stated explicitly, because "we serve the whole city" is information a model cannot infer from an address. Opening hours, including the exceptions. Contact number. Whether you visit the customer or they visit you - a distinction that decides which questions you are even a candidate for.
Consistency beats volume
The same business listed with three different addresses across three directories does not have three citations; it has an unresolvable entity. Fix the inconsistencies before adding listings. One canonical form on your own site, matched exactly everywhere else.
Write the questions people actually ask nearby
"深圳宝安 做企业官网 哪家靠谱" is a different question from "企业官网制作". Local buying questions carry a district, a budget and a constraint. Pages that answer the full question - including the price band and what is excluded - are quotable; pages that answer only the category are not.
What does not transfer from search
Ranking techniques built around map packs and proximity do not carry over directly. There is no map pack in an answer; there is a sentence naming two or three businesses. The thing that gets you into that sentence is a published, checkable statement that you do the specific thing in the specific place.
