Definition
A question set is the fixed list of customer questions used to measure AI visibility. It is written down once, frozen for the duration of the engagement, and re-run unchanged on every round.
Why it matters
Freezing the question set is what makes before-and-after numbers comparable. Quietly changing it between rounds is the most common way GEO reporting becomes meaningless.
How it is used
15 to 30 questions covering awareness, comparison and decision intent, in the customer's own words, punctuation included.
